Jakarta, May 21, 2025 — Complete Experience Language Solutions (CELS), a trusted provider of corporate and professional language training in Indonesia, successfully hosted an exclusive luncheon titled “Rediscover the Journey – CELS Now & Beyond” at the Diamond Room, Fairmont Jakarta. The event served as a platform for CELS to connect with corporate clients, strategic partners, and leaders in human capital development—celebrating long-term partnerships and a shared vision for a stronger future.
As a leading provider of business English and professional communication training, CELS used this opportunity to launch its flagship programs for 2025 and announce a strategic partnership with the Australian Institute of Management Western Australia (AIM WA), a world-class management and leadership training institution based in Perth, Australia.

In her opening remarks, Meta Fadjria, CEO of CELS Indonesia, emphasized the importance of communication skills in today’s global work environment:
"Imagine our team in a meeting room with colleagues from abroad. Can differences in communication levels become a barrier? Absolutely. But we don't get to choose who we communicate with. So, if a company’s vision is to go global, professional communication skills become the key to success."
Meta also highlighted that CELS has moved away from conventional language teaching methods. Instead, the company now adopts a contextual learning approach relevant, practical, and tailored to meet the real-world needs of professionals in the workplace:
“Our focus is no longer just on theory. All of our language training programs are tailor-made—from the modules and schedules to the teaching approach—everything is designed to meet the specific needs of each company and industry.”
The event was also attended by Choky Sitohang, Chief of External Stakeholder at CELS Indonesia, who welcomed the guests and helped strengthen CELS’s strategic relationships with external partners and key stakeholders.
Representatives from AIM WA were also present to introduce a range of leadership development programs now available to companies and professionals in Indonesia through the partnership with CELS. This collaboration opens up new opportunities for developing talent who are not only strong communicators but also equipped to compete on a global scale. The event concluded with a warm luncheon and networking session, where participants engaged in meaningful conversations about potential collaborations in human capital development through integrated language and soft skills training.
